It might sound geeky but, my kids (6 and
love some of the old classic tv shows like The Waltons, Little House on the Prairie and Gilligans Island (ok my sons and my husband seem to like Gilligans Island far more the my daughter and I). Good Post.

We always look for films that reveal a nobleness in their characters. Some form of inner strength. That famous line in Harry Potter when Dumbledore states ” Sometimes the right decisions aren’t always the easiest” has stuck with our boys as they navigate through elementary and junior high.
